Cancellation Policy
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellations
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled service.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
• Same-day cancellations or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service, regardless of reason.
• A no-show is defined as not arriving to your appointment without prior notice.
Late Policy
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, the appointment will be cancelled, and a 100% service fee will apply.
Additional Guests
• No extra guests are allowed
